QUALIFICATIONS

Any expendable parts other than oil and oil filters, which are included in the annual maintenance contract, will be chargeable unless there is a separate 12 months all parts warranty in force. e.g. air filters, relays, instruments, etc., will be replaced or arrangements made to replace them and they would be charged extra.

Any major faults found during a service inspection will be reported immediately to your engineer.  Charges for repairs to minor faults will be treated separately with labour and the necessary materials to be charged extra.

If a major fault is discovered which requires the attention of the manufacturer’s service engineer then their charges are extra and will be passed on to yourselves, unless there is a separate 12 months all parts warranty from PowerContinuity Systems in force, at the time, terms and conditions apply.
